Egg Shell is a necessary by-product from the production of pasteurised egg, and with over 45,000 eggs processed in an hour, we have a lot of egg shells to deal with. Until recently, these shells were considered, and treated as a waste product, however recent, major investment in processing hardware means that we can now utilise every part of the egg to provide useful, beneficial product to our customers.
